Appointments & Bookings
• All appointments must be confirmed prior to your visit. Clients will receive a confirmation request via email or text.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please use the provided rescheduling link or contact us directly.
Laser Treatment Guidelines
To ensure the best results and safety for laser treatments, clients must follow these pre-treatment guidelines:
• No false tan or sun exposure on the treatment area before your session.
• The area must be shaved 1–2 days before your appointment.
• Any changes in medication must be communicated to us as soon as possible.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the cancellation of your treatment, and a session may be forfeited or a charge may apply.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A 50% fee will be charged for late cancellations.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Children & Guests
• For insurance reasons and to ensure a comfortable experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Children are not permitted on the premises.
Course & Package Policies
• All courses and prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
